As the student, you are 100% responsible for your success in the AACIS Humane Euthanasia Technician certification course. To maximize your chances at success, AACIS recommends that you take the time to download and print out the Euthanasia Training Manual and the Exam Study Guide. Take the time to read the manual prior to attending class and make sure you understand each of the study guide items. If you have any questions about the material, write it down and ask the instructor during the first day of training.

Euthanasia Training Manual

The American Animal Cruelty Investigations School utilizes the HSUS Guide to Euthanasia as a supplemental resource for the Humane Euthanasia Technician certification course. The manual may be viewed online by clicking on the hyperlink or you may download the manual as a .pdf file. AACIS recommends that you download the file, print it out, and insert it into a 3-ring binder for future reference.

Exam Study Guide

It is highly recommended that students review the study guide prior to taking the final exam. The study guide addresses the bank of questions that will be used to create the final exam. Detailed information about each study guide learning objective can be found within the above mentioned Euthanasia Training Manual.
